Instructions
Start by chopping the potatoes into 1-inch cubes. You can leave the skins on.
Soak the potatoes in cold water for at least 30 minutes. This is an additional step to get rid of excess starch from the potatoes. I recommend you do not skip this step, as it helps to crisp up the potatoes very well.
After 30 minutes, drain the water and pat dry the potatoes well.
In a mixing bowl, add the potatoes and all the seasonings, along with the olive oil. Toss and mix well until the potatoes are well-coated in the seasonings and oil.
Preheat your air fryer at 400 F for 5 minutes (I am using an Instant Vortex, that was preheated for 5 minutes)
Place the potatoes in a single layer in the basket of your preheated air fryer. Try not to overcrowd the basket.
Air fry at 400 F for 15 minutes. Halfway through, take out the lasket and flip the potatoes or shake the basket so that the potatoes brown evenly on all sides.

Potatoes - Use any variety of potatoes, I have used red and yellow medium potatoes for this recipe. You can use Russet potatoes, which crisp up really well.
