Air Fryer Corn on the Cob

Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn

For the garlic butter dressing

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Start by cleaning the corn on the cob. De-husk the corn ears and trim if needed.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer at 400 F for 5 minutes, then place the ears of corn inside.
  • For best results, place the corn flat on the Air Fryer basket - don't stack them on top of each other. Continue to air fry the corn for 10 minutes.
  • As the corn is air frying, heat 1 tbsp of butter along with 1 tbs minced garlic in the microwave or on the stovetop. Once the garlic is fragrant, turn off the heat. Add a teaspoon of salt, lemon juice and mix. Keep aside.
  • Once the air frying cycle is complete, turn off the air fryer and take out the grilled corn. If you like it more charred, air fry for 5 minutes more.
  • Serve the Air Fryer corn on the cob on a plate. Pour the melted garlic - butter over the corn. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve fresh.
