Orange Chicken

Better than Takeout!

Ingredients you will need

Step 1: Start by making the batter with egg, corn starch, oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Dredge the chicken pieces in the batter.

Step 2: Either deep fry or air fry the chicken pieces. 

If Air-Frying, set the air fryer to 400 F for 20 minutes. Air Fry until golden and crispy. 

Step 3: Prepare the orange sauce on a wok on the stovetop. Saute ginger and garlic in sesame oil. Then add oyster sauce, soy sauce, orange juice and simmer.

Step 4: Add in corn starch mixed with water. Cook until the sauce thickens. Turn off heat, add crispy chicken pieces and toss.

Orange Chicken is now ready! Super yum and healthy as well. Serve over jasmine rice.
