How to make
Green Bell Pepper
Ginger garlic paste
Pav Bhaji Masala
Salt, lemon juice, butter
Set the Instant Pot to 'Saute' mode
Add chopped onions and saute until translucent
Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute more.
Deglaze with water if needed.
Add all the veggies.
Add the spice powders, tomatoes and water.
Set the Instant Pot to Pressure Cook for 7 minutes. Let the pressure release naturally.
Once pressure cooked, open the lid, mash all the ingredients with a potato masher.
Seasone with lemon juice, butter and salt.
Serve with buttered pav or dinner rolls, chopped onions, lemon wedges.
