Ingredients for Butter Chicken sauce (Gravy)
Grill the marinated chicken
Saute butter in a pan, add ginger-garlic paste, spice powders and tomato puree
Add leftover marinade, kasuri methi leaves (dried fenugreek), garam masala, blended cashews. Bring to a low simmer
Add cream, blend to a smooth sauce. Add grilled chicken pieces and simmer gently for 5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with Basmati rice.
